Do you like this?

North Pacific Window was recently given the green light from Qualicum Town Council to construct a new building for their business next to their current location at 148 Fern Road East.

Brothers and co-owners, Tom & Tim Andres purchased the adjacent property in the summer, then applied for permission to move ahead with their development plans for the new building.

Qualicum Beach’s Deputy Director of Planning, Luke Sales, recommended their application for consideration and the development permit was awarded by Council in late December. All that remains now is to obtain a building permit, which is anticipated in January.

If all goes well, the new building should be constructed and ready to go in the late spring. Congratulations Tom and Tim!
