Turn trees into teas, brighten salads with wildflowers and find nature's band-aids during this hands-on workshop with biologist Jessica Wolf. While strolling along a forested path in Errington discover a selection of wild plants and mushrooms that can be used for food and medicine. Learn to find patches of wild berry plants in the spring so you can be ready for harvest time. Taste nutritious wild greens and flowers. Bring a mug to enjoy a sample of wild tea that you harvest and prepare with the group. Prepare for some fun learning as you set out on a scavenger hunt for wild food plants.
